• Full paper notification to authors: June 24, 2024  July 8th, 2024

• Full paper camera-ready deadline: July 9, 2024   July 22nd, 2024

• Short paper submission deadline: June 21, 2024      June 28th, 2024         June 30th, 2024 (final extension!)

  • Short paper notification to authors: July 6, 2024        July 16th, 2024

  • Short paper camera-ready deadline: July 22, 2024.    July 25th, 2024

• Workshops/Tutorials date: August 21, 2024

• Main Conference dates: August 22 and 23, 2024

Please note: If you require a visa to travel for the conference, and require additional time for the processing of the visa, please submit the paper early and reach out to the organisers so that the review process can be expedited.

Workshop/Tutorial Proposals Important Dates:

• Special session submission deadline: April 7, 2024.

• Special session notification to organisers: April 15, 2024.

Note that final acceptance of the workshop will depend on the special session organisers being able to meet the criteria of the workshops, particularly the solicitation of papers for the workshops.

All papers for workshops must follow the same schedule as for the main conference.
